  • All guest rooms are accessed via stairs. There is no elevator.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM – / Check-out: – 11:00 AM
  • No smoking anywhere on the premises
  • Quiet hours begin at 12:00 AM (midnight)
  • Non-guest entry and unregistered overnight stays are strictly prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed (service animals excepted)
  • Please refrain from bringing food or beverages into the guest rooms
  • Cancellation fees apply from the time of reservation:
　　　- No-show / Same-day cancellation: 100% of accommodation fee
　　　- 30 days to same day before stay: 80%
　　　- 60 to 31 days before stay: 60%
　　   - 90 to 61 days before stay: 40%
　　　- 120 to 91 days before stay: 20%
　　　- From time of booking to 121 days before stay: 10%
